Q: Do you carry sod?
Yes, we carry sod cut in 5 square foot (16"X 45") rolls in the following (5) varieties; Bluegrass, Park Blend, Fescue, Blumuda and Reveille. Please call the store to place an order as most of our sod is pre-sold. We will be happy to hold your sod for you or have it delivered to your home.
Q: How do you measure Sod?
To calculate your square footage you must multiply the length by the width of your space (the area to be covered). Example: 12' x 10' = 120 square feet. 120 divided by 5 = 24, this is your roll count.
Q: Do you carry xeric plants?
Yes we do. We have perennials, shrubs, trees, winter hardy cacti and yuccas that would all be xeric.
Q: Do you plant trees?
We subcontract our plantings. The cost is half the retail price of the plant plus $50 for delivery. If we need to make arrangements for a boom truck the cost is calculated by the hour.
Q: Do you carry soils and mulches?
We absolutely do. We carry quality peat moss, organic and non-organic planting or potting soils as well as cedar, cypress and pecan mulches.
Q: Do you carry organic products?
We have a wonderful selection of organic fertilizers. We also have Black Gold All Organic Potting Soil, Back To Earth certified organic compost, an organic grass and weed killer as well as Fox Urine, the organic way to rid your yard of rabbits.
